You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Agent Publishing

When you publish an agent to CrateHub, you grant CrateHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display your agent to other users. You retain ownership of your content.

You must not publish agents that contain malware, violate third-party intellectual property rights, or are designed to cause harm.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Distribute malicious or deceptive agents
• Scrape or harvest data without permission

5. Intellectual Property

CrateHub's branding, logos, and platform code are the property of AgentCrate Inc. Agents published on CrateHub are owned by their respective authors, subject to their declared licenses.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrateHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any agents published on the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
